Our Overdyed Patchwork Rugs are the next step of upcycling Anatolian rugs from 1960's. These modern and fashionable rugs are created by stitching together smaller pieces of overdyed rugs, obtained from larger ones. A patchwork rug may be made using pieces from the same color tones or from contrasting colors, depending on how you want it to be.

A sturdy, thick cotton thread is used to join the geometric pieces. This thick yarn, also improves the overall looks of the rug as well as boosting its strength. Last step is to strengthen the back by sewing a reinforced cotton twill.

Please contact us if you are not able to find your desired size or color; we can find the right rug for you in our offline inventory, or we can custom produce your rug.
